Online training program with 6 modules for coaching early childhood and allied health teams about children’s

• gross motor development
• fine motor skill development,
• play based learning,
• self-regulation and
• support for children with special needs

The 6 module course is self-paced with Robyn Papworth, Masters qualified Developmental Educator, paediatric Exercise Physiologist and Certified Trainer and takes 12 hours to complete. 

These online modules have been providing support and mentoring to teams all around the world over the past few years. The self-paced nature of this program means that the course content can be scaled to meet the needs of teams during their busy schedules.

The course content has been designed with the QKLG and EYLF outcomes and principles in mind. I have been working in the early childhood space for 10 years, ensuring that my strategies and training programs are respectful of the pedagogy and curriculum, and I pride myself on building collaborative and respectful partnerships within our early childhood community as this is how we can work together to support the learning potential of each kindergarten child.

The strategies that I share are evidence based and suited to the early childhood education indoor and outdoor setting. Keeping in mind the particular needs of children with special needs and learning difficulties.

At the end of each module, all educators and teachers are asked to reflect on their current practice, setting environments and programs. As we work through each module, educators and teachers are asked to share their current experiences and how they can improve their programs and supports after engaging in my programs.

I frequently review educators and teachers’ knowledge and understanding throughout the course to ensure that my training content is meeting their capacity building needs, and making a positive impact on the learning and development of the children in their education setting.
